Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and POC implementation of futuristic solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across legacy and emerging business units
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in strategic planning or technology management (e.g., CIO Leadership Academy)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation management
