Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities in AI, blockchain, and IoT
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab initiatives with $2M+ annual budget
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product management with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies in complex environments
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
