Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms, generative AI, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite to integrate emerging tech into enterprise strategy
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation labs with academic and industry partners
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for emerging fields
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with patent strategy and IP portfolio management
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Google Quantum AI, Microsoft AI-102)
