Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic computing, bio-digital convergence) for market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with ESG and DEI initiatives
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and venture capital partnerships
- Mentor a team of 8+ futurists and technical architects
- Present strategic blueprints to industry consortiums and government advisory boards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, TechScape analysis)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or EU Horizon funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnership development
