- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Collaborate with C-suite on tech investment priorities
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or neurotech
- Strategic certification (e.g., CTO, CIO, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience building innovation incubators within large organizations
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
