Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Track record of launching innovative products or services at scale
