Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum AI, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct competitive analysis and trend forecasting for 2026+ tech landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons for internal ideation
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
