Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-forward technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, Web4.0)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure and immersive experiences
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate transformative startups
- Present strategic vision to global boards and industry consortiums
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on 3+ major industry disruptions
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 5+ continents
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent portfolio)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
- Certified in Advanced Scenario Planning (ASP) or Tech Foresight Methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two commercially deployed 2026-predictive systems
