Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present future tech vision to C-suite stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a high-performing Future Tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term tech forecasting
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
