- Collaborate with VPs of Engineering to integrate emerging technologies into core products
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ members
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture modeling
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goal tech frameworks
