Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their commercial viability
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech innovations into existing product portfolios
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a team of futurists and technology analysts
- Identify and mitigate technology risks while maximizing competitive advantages
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Proven track record of anticipating and adapting to technological disruption
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Experience managing high-impact teams and budgets >$10M
