Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep understanding of technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in technology innovation management or futures studies
