- Drive innovation through cross-functional R&D partnerships and startup incubation programs
- Develop market entry strategies for next-gen technologies with $50M+ budget oversight
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads in future-tech implementation
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation ROI and market adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
