Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop forward-looking strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on emerging paradigms in digital transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for next-gen challenges in climate resilience and human-AI collaboration
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor horizon scanning networks and competitor innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite executives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
