Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) into core business models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate market disruptions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and tech pioneers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
