Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics research initiatives
- Present disruptive tech solutions to C-suite and external partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget and vendor relationships
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives at enterprise level
- Strong financial acumen for budget management
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (for APAC partnerships)
