Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and climate-tech innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future tech implications
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and quantum computing startups
- Oversee pilot programs for 2026-scale deployments of autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Conduct competitive analysis against emerging tech unicorns and Fortune 500 innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate-tech
- Published research or patents in IEEE/ACM journals on future technologies
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
- Track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong network connections within DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Forum tech councils
