- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through horizon scanning and competitive analysis
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with quantifiable ROI and risk mitigation frameworks
- Drive innovation through external partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for long-term tech adoption and sustainable implementation metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Executive-level experience translating complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies (2020-2025)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks governing emerging technologies (US/EU)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
