Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 2026 market potential
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech convergence
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire emerging startups in exponential tech sectors
- Present quarterly tech impact briefings to the board and executive leadership
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and autonomous technologies
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with measurable ROI on pilot projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing product architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or patents in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure ARR from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience developing ethical AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Portfolio of successful technology commercialization in regulated industries
