Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI, IoT, and biotech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic initiatives to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two future-tech verticals (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020+ technology implementation
