Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia and industry pioneers
- Manage innovation portfolios with $10M+ annual R&D budgets
- Anticipate ethical implications and develop governance frameworks for new technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
