Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies in climate tech and biocomputing
- Mentor junior researchers in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Policy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in emerging tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures Journal preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaborations
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
