You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley disruptors to build the next generation of transformative products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future-tech vision to C-suite and board with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting tech adoption timelines
- Drive innovation through our FutureTech Incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market transformation cycles
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent innovation credentials
- Published thought leadership on future-tech scenarios (White papers, TED talks, etc.)
- Security clearance for handling classified innovation roadmaps
