Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic technology roadmaps aligning with market disruptors and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/bio-convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready product innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research institutions and tech incubators
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders for investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
