Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic vision for emerging tech integration (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts post-2025
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech policy implications for business strategy
- Present future roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in ethical tech development
- Monitor competitor disruption vectors and market signals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in tech forecasting (2020-2025 validation)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful innovation initiatives
