Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends and market disruptions to develop 2026-focused strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Develop and implement KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor internal teams in future-thinking methodologies and agile innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in regulated markets
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Futures (e.g., APF, Foresight Professional)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for technological implementation
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to enterprise-wide adoption
