Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic chips) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch 3-5 disruptive products by Q4 2025
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and secure $15M+ annual R&D budget
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech deployment and adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor a team of 5-7 innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and forecasting tools
- Experience securing and managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transformation initiatives
