Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AI ethics frameworks) for commercial viability
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation
- Present technical vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee patent strategy and IP protection for breakthrough technologies
- Develop ESG-compliant tech frameworks for sustainable innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and build next-generation technical leadership pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching commercialized emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investors
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry white papers
