Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for acquisition/partnership
- Present future-tech forecasts to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Coordinate global R&D initiatives with EU and Asian innovation hubs
- Pioneer carbon-negative data center solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ employees
- Deep understanding of Web3, decentralized infrastructure, and zero-trust architectures
- Proven track record of securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
