- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of executing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of ethical tech deployment frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year tech strategy execution
