- Present tech vision to C-suite and board of directors

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence points
- Proven ability to secure multi-million dollar innovation grants
- Certification in Futurism or Technology Foresight
