Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030) in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for cutting-edge research
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, or quantum computing architectures
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry conferences
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (for APAC market expansion)
