Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Produce annual Future Tech Impact Reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with product teams to align innovation roadmaps with market predictions
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences and industry panels
- Mentor junior researchers in futures thinking methodologies
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
