- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping next-gen neural interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with VCs to incubate spin-off technologies
- Present future-tech forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of decentralized identity solutions
- Lead annual 'Horizon Scan' workshops identifying emerging threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years focused on post-2025 forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proficiency in modeling complex adaptive systems using Python/MATLAB
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and neural-symbolic integration
- Experience securing $10M+ in future-tech R&D funding
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit)
