Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead innovation initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Partner with product teams to incubate future-facing products and services
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption and digital transformation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market analysis and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, or decentralized systems
- Experience building technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certified in technology strategy frameworks (TOGAF, Lean Startup)
- Prior experience in regulated industries (FinTech, HealthTech, or GovTech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
