Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial computing) through 2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary technological innovations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership role
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, bioinformatics, metaverse)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
