Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record leading $50M+ R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in federated learning frameworks and post-quantum cryptography standards
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on ethical AI or sustainable tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
