Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to prototype futuristic solutions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with $1B+ market potential by 2026
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible AI and biotechnology adoption
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through innovation grants and corporate partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science) or patents in quantum/AI fields
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ commercial impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA) or corporate funding
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with global scalability
