Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate and healthcare challenges
- Partner with VCs to identify and acquire disruptive startups in Web4 and bio-integrated systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology convergence scenarios
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployments in regulated industries
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to co-create 2026-ready platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ engineers
