- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research consortia
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with fiscal responsibility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in AI/quantum implementation or similar disruptive fields
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Experience managing enterprise-scale R&D initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
