Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to launch
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Experience with EU AI Act and global tech regulations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
