Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quarterly KPI reviews
- Lead moonshot projects in quantum-AI convergence and neural interface systems
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout and acquire emerging tech talent
- Present visionary frameworks at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI tracking for experimental initiatives
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and engineers through quarterly hackathons
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging technologies and build governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record launching products with >$100M ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two of: neural interfaces, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Speaker credentials at 3+ major tech conferences (last 24 months)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field required
- Fluency in Python and TensorFlow for prototyping validation
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies or published whitepapers
