Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems with industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends and competitive threats
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum-safe cybersecurity
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to commercialization planning
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership role
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products or solutions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Excellent communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile development methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
