Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Identify emerging tech patent opportunities in biotech and nanotechnology
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA and DARPA for space-tech integration
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Architect ethical frameworks for AGI and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation culture through quarterly tech hackathons
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier tech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
