Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching at least 2 market-disrupting tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level experience in tech roadmap development and implementation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research institutions and startups
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
