- Establish KPIs for tech adoption ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical AI and data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
