- Mentor a team of PhD researchers and startup founders

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering with 8+ years
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to $1B+ markets
- Expertise in neural-symbolic AI and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
