Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 tech roadmap including quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks

- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Develop KPIs for measuring technological adoption impact on business growth and sustainability metrics
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ futuristic technologies at scale
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
