Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, decentralized systems)
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Oversee innovation labs focused on breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Present strategic technology initiatives to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and sustainability protocols for future innovations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on next-gen technology implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact modeling
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) preferred
- Prior experience with Fortune 500 technology roadmapping
