Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent disruptive experience
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 7-figure+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning for technological singularity
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and emerging quantum SDKs
